The Elks National Drug Awareness Program strives to teach all children and parents about the dangers of illegal drug use and prevent the abuse of legalized and prescription drugs. As the largest volunteer drug awareness program in the United States, the program relies on state, district and Lodge volunteers to promote a drug-free lifestyle. By taking pride in America’s communities and youth, the program takes action against youth drug use through education and inspiration.
Please encourage your school aged children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc. to participate.
Also, keep in mind that this is open to the public and you do not need to be a child of member to participate.
To learn more and download the forms, visit our Programs page.

Members and Guests Welcome
Tickets for the USO Dance will be available tonight for purchase. They will be $10 per person with a limited quantity available (see above picture for details).
What is the USO?
Just prior to the onset of America’s involvement in World War II, President Franklin D. Roosevelt sought to unite several service associations into one organization to lift the morale of our military and nourish support on the home front. Those entities – the Salvation Army, Young Men’s Christian Association, Young Women’s Christian Association, National Catholic Community Services, National Travelers Aid Association and the National Jewish Welfare Board - became the United Service Organizations or, the USO.
When we say come dressed in your best 1940's attire, that means you can dress in clothing similar to what the men and women wore during the 40's era, your military uniforms (bring on the camo), the way nurses dressed in the 40's that were aiding the military, etc. Of course, this is optional and you can come as you are.
