A Note from our Exalted Ruler
NOMINATION of OFFICERS
Hello to my fellow Elks!! Soon we will be electing next year’s officers. I would like to invite all members who are interested to join us at our regular meeting on February 9th at 7:00pm. This is YOUR chance to make a bigger difference in YOUR club. It is always awesome to have new ideas and members to keep our club exciting and interesting! We have worked as a team with our members’ best interests in mind and will continue to work together to bring your ideas to life. Your current officers have done an excellent job this past year and we all would welcome new nominations and your amazing ideas. Please contact a current officer if you would like to do more!

NOMINATION OF OFFICERS
Have you been thinking about becoming more active in your Lodge? Or do you know someone in our Lodge who would make a great leader? The Lodge meeting next month (February 9th at 7:00pm) is nomination of officers as well as PER Night and Initiation of new members. We are always looking for a few good men and women. If you cannot be there, but are interested, please let us know prior to the meeting.
REINSTATEMENTS
If you know anyone who has been dropped from the roles for non-payment of dues and would like to return to the Lodge, our by-laws permit us to waive the re-instatement fee for the months of January and February. Please let them know – we would love to see them back!
2026-27 DUES
Dues notices will be going out at the end of February. The good news is that our dues will be remaining the same for the next Lodge year due to assessments from the organization. The dues for the 2025-26 Lodge year will be $57 for regular members and $37 for life members. It is still an honor to belong to such an amazing organization!
LIFE MEMBERSHIP
If you have been a member of our Lodge for 30 consecutive years and are at least 65 years of age, you are eligible for life membership. If this is you, please let the Lodge know by email to stasko.elks644@yahoo.com and we will address this for you.

LADIES' IN-HOUSE EUCHRE LEAGUE
Do you or someone you know like to play cards, be a part of a team, enjoy a night out and have some fun with friends while enjoying dinner? – then this is for you!!
The Ladies’ Euchre League is looking for players. They meet every other Thursday at 5:30pm.
This is a non-travelling league and is held at the Elks Lodge.
All are welcome and this is open to the public.
